Enrique Sierra is the Chief Financial Officer of 360 Security Partners, and is also in charge of technology deployment and human capital administration. He is an executive professional with 20+ years of experience as a strategic planner and action-oriented leader in multi-cultural settings, managing complex programs for Fortune 500 companies like Hewlett-Packard, Levi’s, HBO, Newmont and Johnson Controls.
He is the co-founder of Summit K9 and former CAO of Academi K9, where he focused on strategic planning, process engineering and the implementation of ROI-driven initiatives, including the development of AI solutions and using technology to optimize operations
Enrique holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Monterrey Institute of Technology, an Associate’s Degree in Financial Management, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami. He was also trained in Organizational Management by the Disney Institute, and Kaizen Lean Management by AOTS-Toyota in Tokyo, Japan.
